Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you choose to give us will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services, products, and support. We will never share your personal or financial information with any other party. We do not share bank or credit card information with any outside parties.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Classes and Class Passes Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Prepaid class Passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, non-sharable, and non-transferable to other persons. They are subject to limits of time. Always check your expiration date before and after your purchase.

Gift Cards Refund Policy:

Gift Cards are not refundable and non-returnable.

Returns & Exchange Policy:

When an original receipt is presented, return of unused/unworn garment with all tags affixed within 14 days of receipt are eligible for exchange or in store credit. Please note: all sale merchandise, and jewelry items are final sale.

Reservations & Waitlists Policy:

Reservations are only accepted online through MindBody. If you have reserved a spot online and have not checked in at the reception desk at least 10 minutes prior to class (15 minutes for Revkor) starting, your spot may be given away. Anyone who arrives 5 minutes after class has begun will not be allowed entry into the class to ensure the flow of the session will not be interrupted and to ensure your safety is a priority.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

When you reserve a spot in a class online, you have up to 30 minutes prior to class starting to cancel out of a class. Cancellations are only accepted through Mindbody. No phone cancellations will be taken (unless certain circumstances apply). If you do not cancel your reservation within the allowed time frame or no show and you are an unlimited class pass holder, you will be charged a late cancel fee, which is the cost of a single drop in. If you are a 5 or 10 class pass holder and late cancel or no show, a class will be deducted from your account. Students who arrive 5 minutes after class has begun will not be allowed entry into the class.

Private Instruction Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 24 hour notice.
• If you are late for a private class the class will end at the original time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for a private class it is at the instructor’s discretion whether to hold an abbreviated class or not.

Massage/Reiki and/or other Body Work Cancellation Policy:

24 hour cancellation notice policy applies to all appointments. A full session’s fee will be charged for any missed or last minute cancellations.

Studio Maximum Capacity Policy

There is a limit to how many bodies can comfortably fit per class. Once this number of people are registered for class, we would ask that remaining students return to take a different class.

Registering online is recommended to save a spot in class, but if you register online and come to class after class has started and the class is already full, we will kindly ask that you return to a another class.

Latecomer Policy

Students can arrive a maximum of 5 minutes late! Latecomers should wait for seated meditation/centering to finish before entering the room. 5 minutes after class has started no late comers will be admitted and we will ask that you come to a different class.

Lost Items Policy

The Yoga Fusion Studio will not be responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances. Please refrain from bringing valuables into the studio.
The studio provides a Lost and Found box for items students may leave behind. On the first day of each month these items, including Yoga mats, will be removed and donated or disposed of.

Inclement Weather Policy

In an effort to keep everyone safe during inclement weather we will need to cancel classes from time to time. Please always check our online schedule during inclement weather or inclement weather advisory to find out about any cancellations of classes and events or studio closures.
